Words have unimaginable power to influence our lives for either good or bad. The words we write or speak to others can bring someone down or uplift them and give them more energy, comfort, inspire change and help you be a better person. And words can do tremendous harm that brings forth destructive energies, hurt, discourage or frighten a person.
For example, the words “I care for you”, “You’re so sweet”, “How can I repay you” have the power to lift people up or make someone else’s day. In contrast, words like “I don’t care”, “You’re so selfish”, “I don’t want to talk with you” can certainly put someone in a reflective mood.

It is in every moment that we create the future and it is in our intent of every moment…. NOW is the only time that exists…… Oh and by the way if you want to find happiness it lies within…. Once you have made your way through all the rubbish that has been deposited there by our ignorant minds… Inside all of us is enlightenment if we just observe and let the rubbish float away
